For SANGAU-managed properties, rent agreement drafting and documentation is included in the management fee. There are no per-document charges.
A Property Card is the official municipal property ownership record maintained by PMC/PCMC. SANGAU helps owners extract and update Property Cards for compliance and loan purposes.
Police e-verification typically takes 3–5 working days. Employment and reference checks run in parallel and are complete before agreement signing.
Yes. We handle MSEB/Mahadiscom form filing, meter reading capture and name reallotment from owner or outgoing tenant to the new tenant.
Yes. We extract 13 or 30-year ECs directly from the sub-registrar office for lenders or personal due diligence.
We handle e-stamp and, on request, sub-registrar registration. Registration is mandatory for agreements over 11 months in Maharashtra.
Aadhaar and PAN are required for all tenants. Passport for NRI tenants. Company registration documents for corporate tenants.
