Yes. For properties that are not under SANGAU Property Management, a Tenant Support Services Fee (10 days rent + GST) is payable at the time of rent agreement signing. This covers documentation assistance, e-Stamping support, rent agreement coordination, and move-in facilitation. A GST invoice is issued to the Tenant.
No. This is a one-time service. Owners can opt for Pune Property Management at any time.
To ensure transparency and align with market preference, token advance is paid directly by the Tenant to the Owner.

Once the rent agreement is signed, all ongoing communication continues directly between the Owner and Tenant unless the Owner separately opts for SANGAU Property Management.
