A company born from a real owner problem
In 2005, founder Binu Prakash was abroad and experienced first-hand how difficult it was to care for a property from a distance. That challenge became the starting point for SANGAU: a professional property management company built on trust, transparency and repeatable service.
Since March 2007, SANGAU has worked with residential property owners, tenants and consultants across Bangalore, helping apartments and villas stay occupied, maintained, documented and rental-ready.

FLEXI Plan - no subscription required. Request only the services you need, such as property documentation, maintenance or interiors.
BASIC Plan - regular property inspections, preventive maintenance and statutory payments.
PREMIUM Plan - everything in BASIC plus rent management: advertising the property, finding suitable tenants, maintenance during tenancy, vacancy inspections and security deposit settlement.
For owners who are not SANGAU clients, individual services can be chosen à la carte for their property.

Binu Prakash is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in computer science and engineering. While founding SANGAU in 2007, he played a pivotal role in driving ISO 9001 certifications and business improvement for organisations such as Philips Semiconductors, NXP Semiconductors and Qatar Energy.
Binu founded SANGAU after recognising how stressful and unreliable long-distance property care could be. The company was designed to give owners the confidence of a local, accountable team while giving tenants a fairer and more transparent rental experience.
