All tenant profiles go through police e-verification, employment check and reference calls. You receive the verified profile for final approval before any agreement is signed.
Basic covers management without rent handling — rent is paid directly from tenant to owner. Premium adds rent collection, security deposit coordination and quarterly portfolio reviews.
Rent is collected by SANGAU and transferred to your registered bank account by the agreed cycle date, with a reconciled statement every month.
Our Premium plan includes documented escalation and, where applicable, rent assurance under defined SLAs. Every step is tracked and shared with the owner.
